You love the size of your breasts, but not the wiggle of your belly. Although performing chest exercises such as push-ups may help a little to lift your bust, the reality is that losing weight is equal to losing fat, and your breasts are full of adipose (fatty) tissue.
Dieting and your breasts
A good part of your breasts is made up of adipose tissue, that is, fat. As you lose weight, your body begins to burn stored fat everywhere, and you can not simply order it to dispense with that of your breasts, no matter how hard you try. However, if you are overweight, the health benefits of losing weight outweigh any benefit of preserving the size of your breasts; excess body fat can lead to the development of diabetes and cardiovascular diseases, among others. If you have a healthy weight and only want to lose a few pounds for aesthetic reasons, you will need to decide between a large bust or a smaller dress size.
