How To Support Your Dolls During Workouts

The pain in the Dolls is a common problem in people who regularly perform resistance exercises for the upper body. The position of the dolls during many exercises and their repeated practice contribute to the pain. Give better support to wrists with wraps or ribbons, or change positions to help eliminate pain and keep training.

Attach weight-lifting straps on your wrists before training to help support them when lifting weights. Secure the straps around the wrists, then wrap the loose ends around a bar or dumbbell to create the support.

Wrap a strip of athletic tape around the palm of your hand just below your fingers, and a strip around the wrist to create anchors for the ribbon. Fill the area between the two anchors with horizontal ribbon strips, vertical strips, interlocking patterns or other style depending on your needs. The wrap with tape provides an effective support for any sport or training.

Turn your hands sideways so that the palms point inwards when doing push-ups, and perform them on the knuckles to protect your wrists. As an alternative, use hexagonal dumbbells or push-up bars so that the wrists are in the same neutral position and pain is reduced.
