How To Make Marinated Roast Chicken With Lemon Juice And Orange

English, roasted chicken means roasted chicken. As a technique, roasting is an open fire style for cooking meat that uses woods and spices to flavor. The roasted chicken dish reflects the traditional Cuban roasted chicken. When preparing the roast chicken, the chicken pieces are marinated in a mixture of citrus juices, garlic and herbs and cooked on a hot grill or pan. The result is a tasty meal with a distinct Latin American flavor.

Combine the lemon, lime and orange juice in a bowl with a small whisk.

Add the garlic, pepper, cilantro, paprika, cumin and soy sauce to the mixture and beat until it is integrated.

Line the bottom of a baking dish with orange peels and place the chicken breasts on top of them.
