Regular physical activity can also improve the quality of your sleep, decrease the risk of constipation and better manage stress. These conditions are characteristic of the typical personalities of blood type O.


The diet by blood type remains controversial and has no scientific support for the claims that produce the food and activity recommendations of this plan.Santa Clara University explains that because each type of blood has specific dietary limitations, such as the recommendation of type O to avoid all lactic products, the main concern is nutritional deficiencies. Each type of blood in this dietary plan has its own restrictions, but none of the specific types match the dietary guidelines of the Food and Drug Administration of the United States.
