Ninjutsu Techniques

Ninjutsu Techniques

Ninjutsu, ninja techniques, can be summed up accurately as the martial art of winning. It focuses on conflict resolution, both internally and externally. Ninjutsu teaches hand styles, weapons and other advanced techniques to run, hide and jump. During the difficult years of the feudal age of Japan, the Tokagure-ryu and Shinobi ninja were employed for missions of espionage, sabotage and reconnaissance. In modern Ninjutsu, initiates are taught traditional techniques to maximize their strengths while protecting their weaknesses from opponents.

Camouflage

The Togakure-ryu Ninjas base their training on 18 levels of physical and mental abilities. The running techniques of ninjas are used when training Shinobi-iri (stealth in the entrance), as well as Inton-jutsu (escape and concealment). The ninjas run with a light step that distributes the weight of the body quickly and uniformly. This technique can help any athlete or runner because it conditions the body to make controlled explosive movements. The light steps of a ninja are very powerful and preserve the joints and ligaments of the body.

Career Cadence

Ninjutsu practitioners maintain the rhythm of a sprinter for long periods. Some techniques of ninjutsu to improve speed racing include measured jumping and breathing. Ninjas practice running at faster rates of 350 jumps or steps per minute. This requires a cyclic pattern of deep breathing, of breathing every five to eight steps that can only be sustained over short distances. However, through regular training, this technique can improve strength by running with vigor and endurance.

Weighted sled

Your acceleration can be improved by the weighted sled technique. In ninjutsu, professionals are required to run at high speeds, in silence, with all their equipment and weapons on their backs. The amount of objects carried by a ninja must in no way hinder their ability to complete a mission or objective. You can have all the benefits of this ninjutsu technique without the equipment that threatens life. Just place a harness on the upper part of your body that supports 10 to 15 percent of your body weight. Do a run with a weighted sled of 11 to 16 yards in sets of three to five for a remarkable increase in your power of acceleration.

Quadrupedal Acceleration

You can improve your speed racing techniques with ninjutsu movements involving the use of hands and feet to run. This is known as quadruped acceleration or quadruped movement. Ninjas squat close to the ground and can move quickly and efficiently from this position. This is also the position in which the sprinters start, with their hands in counterweight below them on the track. The quadruped acceleration galloping and jumping with four legs, increases the strength of your legs and keeps your center of gravity low enough to reach a maximum speed in less time.
